I saw an advertisement on Ebay for Microsoft office Frontpage 2003 + Microsoft office Outlook 2003 for $5.95. I bought them, and Microsoft sent me free two software (Frontpage 2003 + Outlook 2003).
I used  Microsoft office Frontpage  for years, from Frontpage  98 through Frontpage  2003.  I used golive, Dreamweaver. I realized that
 Nvu made it easier to build web pages. If you don't have Microsoft office, winzip, etc. you can use OpenOffice, 7 zip instead.
